Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped from our fulfillment center via standard or expedited carriers. Domestic orders within the United States typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Tracking information is provided via email once your order has shipped. Airate is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Orders cannot be modified or redirected once they have been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs. For lost or damaged shipments, please contact our support team within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to qualifying orders and shipping methods as specified at the time of purchase. All shipping terms are subject to change without prior notice.
